THE URGENCY OF GOD'S KINGDOM

	As I look around at the world we are living in, I see a tremendous need in so many people’s lives. I see millions on the brink of starvation and how people’s houses are swept away by rampant floods. The cost of living increases daily and people are under much pressure. Many have lost hope because they find no hope or help in this world. My desire is that we will see the Kingdom of God being manifested and that we, THE CHURCH, as His instrument, will not just have church meetings, but that we will BE Church! We believe in the supremacy and supernatural power of our God. We preach it, but we don’t see it! We believe in healing, preach it, but we struggle to trust God and by faith lay hands upon people that they may be healed. The Word of God says in Gen. 39:2-3 that Potiphar saw that the Lord was with Joseph. He did not have to tell Potiphar that God was with him, because God was blessing him in such a way that Potiphar could see it. The time has come for the world to see that God is with us! The time has come for us to see the Kingdom of God being manifested and not just preach about it! How will this happen? Jesus clearly states in John 15:5 that without Him we can do nothing! Ephesians 4:15-16 speaks about how the whole body needs to be connected to the head. I believe that we have lost our connection with our Head, Jesus Christ, and instead are busy with many church programmes that keep us busy but produce no lasting fruit! Instead of us living by the power of the Holy Spirit, we are living in our own strength! God created us in His image (Gen. 1:26) In Gen. 1:2,3 God revealed His power in speech. As God spoke - it was! Today I find people’s words empty and of little influence. The WORD in Genesis became flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:14). He spoke with authority, taught with authority (Luke 4:32), spoke to the elements (Mark 4:39-41) and healed people with a word (Luke 6:6-7). The time has come for the Church of the living God to become one with the WORD, our LORD JESUS CHRIST! We need to abide in Him again so that the words we speak are not empty, but will manifest His Sovereign Kingdom in the world we live in! [Sponsored by TG TRADE ]
