SPREAD THE LOVE OF GOD
Shalom brethren, it is a wonderful season that we are entering into
where families are being united together by sharing the Gift of
Love and appreciation for one another.
As we look around in society today, there are many less privileged
people who have great needs. So now is the time that we will be
able to reach out and give to others who are less fortunate.
GIVING IS A LIFESTYLE
"For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but
they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit" (Rom. 8:5 KJV).
Let us give thanks as we celebrate the grace of the Lord Jesus
Christ Who came to die for us.
"But God demonstrates His own love for us in this, while we were
still sinners" (Rom. 5:8).
CHRIST DIED FOR US
How did God the Father feel as He was watching His beloved Son,
in agony and being insulted and also suffering a slow death on the
cross? Yes, He longed to gently lift His trembling body and restore
Him to His rightful position, but He did not intervene. As much as
He dearly loved His Son, God the Father gave Him to die on the
cross for our sins and to restore us back to Him. If you would like
to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Personal Saviour, please
pray this prayer:
Lord Jesus, forgive me of my sins. By faith I receive You as my
Lord and Personal Saviour, because You bore the shame of the
cross for me. I do not have to bear the shame for my sins, because
You did and rose again. I believe in my heart and confess with my
mouth that Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God. And with this I
confess and believe that my sins are forgiven and that I am born
again. Amen.
