THE WORD OF GOD

The Word of God - our very precious dog-eared Bibles - contain blessings that we could not begin to imagine, should we be able to "see" them all at once! And yet, they are there, for you ... "For no matter how many promises God has made, they are 'Yes' in Christ. And so through Him the 'Amen' is spoken by us to the glory of God" (2 Cor. 1:20). Our Father replies "Yes" when we pray according to His will and we respond with "Amen" before even receiving or seeing the blessing. That is faith! Today the Presence of the Lord is with you. He promised, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest" (Ex. 33:14). Our Father knows in minute detail just what your life exacts from you. Today, live and soak in His awesome Presence and find your rest in Him. Today, His love surrounds your life entirely. "We have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in Him" (John 4:16). Anger with current situations lead to deep frustrations. Today, choose the scenic route and walk in His love. Today, trust Him implicitly to lead you and profess your willingness to do so. "You make known to me the path of life; in Your Presence is fullness of joy ..." (Ps. 16:11). Today, believe your Father when He speaks to your heart, "Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be His people ..." (Rev. 21:3). Not only in heaven one day, but now, today He is walking with you. Today, even in sorrow and a dark place of desolation, He is with you. His comforting arms are holding you, "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me" (Ps. 23:4).
