WE ARE NOT FAILURES

He left home at the age of 16 to live in Detroit where he worked in engineering work-shops. He established a company which manufactured motor vehicles, but it unfortunately failed. Henry Ford was a real innovator and was not prepared to give up. He started the Ford Motor Company in 1903 and manufactured the famous Model TS. PEOPLE DON’T FAIL - THEY JUST GIVE UP TRYING! 2 Corinthians 10:12 ~ “We do not dare to classify or compare ourselves with some who commend themselves. When they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves, they are not wise.” Paul is saying to the Corinthians that they lack understanding if they determine their success or failure by COMPARING them-selves with others. DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS, BECAUSE THE LORD HAS MADE YOU UNIQUE! Ephesians 4:18 ~ “They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts.” When we are alienated from the life of God, we will feel that we are failures. This is the plan of Satan. All he wants to do is separate you from the Lord! IT’S NOT WHAT WE DO THAT DETERMINES WHO WE ARE. IT IS WHO WE ARE THAT DETERMINES WHAT WE DO. Jeremiah 9:24 ~ “‘...but let him who boasts, boast about this: that he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord, who exer-cises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,’ declares the Lord. ‘But let him who glories glory in this that He understands and knows Me.’” The Lord Jesus Christ has chosen us all for a purpose: to become that person He created us to be! Deuteronomy 32:10 ~ “In a desert land He found him, in a barren and howling waste. He shielded him and cared for him; He guarded him as the apple of His eye, like an eagle that stirs up its nest and hovers over its young, that spreads its wings to catch them and carries them on its pinions.” I AM THE APPLE OF HIS EYE! Jeremiah 31:3 ~ “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with loving kindness I have drawn you.” FAILURE IS WHEN YOU FAIL TO GET UP AND GO ON Philippians 3:14 ~ “I press on towards the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenwards in Christ Jesus.” PRESS ON TO THE UPWARD CALL OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS AND BECOME SUCCESSFUL!
