A WORD FROM THE LORD FOR 2007

The Lord had given me a promise that He would bless us during 2006. Reflect on last year and thank the Lord for the way in which He has blessed you. For 2007 the Lord said to me that He is going to add last year’s blessings to the coming year’s blessings. In other words, it is going to be a PROGRESSIVE BLESSING! Believe the Lord for more this year and take that which He has blessed you with and bless other people with it. Verse 3 ~ Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? Who will mount, climb, or rise up the mountain to serve God and enjoy His blessings? The other night I dreamed that we were climbing up a mountain and there were many people climbing with us. Two little girls dressed in white were also following us up the mountain, when suddenly a fountain of clear water gushed out from the mountain. One of the girls fell into the water and I stooped down to pick her up. We only took two steps and then we were on top of the mountain. As I looked down, I saw a lake filled with crystal clear water in the valley surrounded by mountains. The Holy Spirit said to me that in the spirit we have already conquered and reached the mountain-top, but we still have to climb it in the natural. As we climb, let us help each other along the way, for the Lord is going to release in us the ministry which He called us for, long before the foundations of the earth were laid. Mount Everest is the highest point on the earth above sea level and is part of the Himalaya range in high Asia. Mount Everest is named after Sir George Everest, who was the first person to record the location and the height of the mountain. The ancient name for Mount Everest was “The Holy Mountain”. Verse 3 ~ Who shall stand in His holy place? This refers to the resting place of the Ark of the Covenant where the Presence of God is. Verse 4 ~ He that hath clean hands and a pure heart, he who is blameless and obeys God’s Word and His Spirit… The first person to have climbed and conquered Mount Everest was Edmund Hillary on 29 May 1953.
