Do you ever wonder if your life as a Christian makes a difference to those around you? The Bible teaches that it certainly does! In Philippians 2:14-15, Paul says that just as stars brightly shine against the dark of night, so our lives as Christians shine like light in the spiritual darkness of the world. Ask God to help you shine brightly with His love and joy to those around you. "Do all things without grumbling and faultfinding and complaining and questioning and doubting, that you may show yourselves to be blameless and guileless, innocent and uncontaminated, children of God without blemish (faultless, unrebukable) in the midst of a crooked and wicked generation [spiritually perverted and perverse], among whom you are seen as bright lights (stars or beacons shining out clearly) in the [dark] world."
