me passing the car and as I was next to the car, its
car's brake lights came on and it turned towards me.

said that if she saw a certain information board she
had to turn right. When the accident occurred he
saw a bright flash and then dust and people flew
through the air. I spent a further two months
recovering in hospital and was then sent home.
